1. What we collect
When you buy a plan or sign in, we collect your name, email address, company, and the systems you authorize us to work in. We also collect operational data such as workflow activity, usage, and support requests needed to run your team.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate your AI team, process payments, send service and support communications, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI and access
Our operating team uses AI systems that may process content you have authorized us to access. Access is scoped to the systems and workflows you approve, and AI-generated drafts are surfaced to you for review before any representation is made under your name.
4. Email disclosure
Email sent on your behalf states clearly that it is sent on behalf of your company and identifies the sender as an automated or AI-assisted assistant where applicable. We never impersonate a human sender.
5. Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
6. Retention and your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you cancel, we provide workflow documentation and an orderly handoff, then delete the data we no longer need to operate.
