Simply Managed AI — Terms of Service

1. Who this agreement is with

These terms are between you (the customer) and Empowered.Guru LLC (“Empowered.Guru”, “we”, “us”), the company that builds, licenses, and operates the Simply Managed AI service. By purchasing a Business in a Box plan you agree to these terms.

2. What you are buying

Simply Managed AI delivers a managed AI operating team configured to the workflows you approve. Your plan includes a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee, at the tier you select. Setup covers configuration, onboarding, and your first live workflows. The monthly fee covers ongoing operation, monitoring, and support.

AI-generated drafts and tools assist our team, but licensed or regulated judgment, public claims, client commitments, money movement, and sensitive sends remain under your control and are never delegated without your approval.

3. Setup fee

The setup fee is non-refundable once provisioning begins. Provisioning begins when we start configuring your workflows, which typically follows payment and a short scheduling window.

4. Refund window

You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided provisioning has not yet started. After provisioning begins, the setup fee is earned by us in full.

5. Billing and cancellation

Monthly fees are charged on the same day each period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

6. AI assistance disclosure

Our operating team is built on AI systems. AI-generated content may contain errors and is always subject to your review and approval before it is sent or published. You are responsible for reviewing anything that goes out under your name or accounts.

7. Email disclosure

Email sent on your behalf through the service clearly discloses that it was sent on behalf of your company, and identifies the sender as an automated or AI-assisted assistant where applicable. We do not impersonate a human.

8. Your data

We access only the systems and workflows you approve. See the privacy policy for how your data is handled. You keep your data and accounts. If you cancel, we provide workflow documentation and an orderly handoff.
