AI & Service Disclaimer

Simply Managed AI is a managed AI operating team, not a licensed professional and not a promise of any business outcome. This page makes explicit where AI is used, what it does and does not do, and what remains with a human. Please read it together with the Terms of Service.

1. Where AI is used

The Service uses generative AI to draft messages, triage and summarize inbound work, route tasks, prepare content and update drafts, and produce operating briefs from data you approve. AI does not make licensed judgments, move money, or publish externally without passing the approval gates defined in your Order.

2. Illustrative personas and team portraits

Portraits, names (e.g., Maya, Marcus, Elena, Theo, Priya), and role illustrations on the Site are illustrative personas for configured AI roles, not photographs or identities of human employees. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. Where AI-generated portraits or marketing imagery appear, they are synthetic media. The five roles describe responsibilities and handoffs inside the operating system, not headcount you are hiring directly.

3. Human approval and your responsibility

Every workflow begins with explicit boundaries documented in your Order: what the team may draft, what requires your approval before sending or publishing, and what it will never touch. You are the approver for sensitive, public, regulated, or irreversible actions. You must review AI output before it is relied on or sent externally. Human review is not optional — the system is designed to fail closed when approval is missing.

  • Never delegated: licensed or legal judgment, money movement, and access/policy changes.
  • You approve: messages and public posts, appointments and commitments, listing facts and regulated language.
  • The team prepares: triage, drafts, briefs, routing, and follow-through between your approved tools.

4. Not licensed, financial, or legal advice

The Site and Service do not provide legal, financial, accounting, or licensed real estate advice. Any language about fair housing, disclosures, contracts, or regulated activity is general operational support only and must be reviewed by a qualified licensed professional before use. Nothing on the Site creates a broker, attorney–client, or financial-advisor relationship.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee leads, closings, revenue, cost savings, rankings, delivery rates, or any other outcome. Results depend on your market, data quality, responsiveness, approval speed, and other factors outside our control. Timelines such as “first workflow in 10 business days” and “controlled launch within 30 days” are targets confirmed in your Order, not guarantees for every engagement.

Testimonials or examples, if added in the future, will reflect individual experiences and will not be presented as typical without a clear and conspicuous disclosure.

6. AI-generated content labeling

As required by applicable AI-transparency rules and platform policies, AI-drafted outbound messages and public content prepared by the Service should be identifiable as AI-assisted where required by the communication channel, your industry rules, or your own disclosure obligations. Your Order will specify how labeling is handled for your workflows (e.g., footer disclosure, sender identification, or approval log). Do not remove or obscure an AI disclosure where it is required.

7. Known limitations

  • AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and can reflect biases in training data. Independent verification is required.
  • The Service depends on third-party systems you connect; outages or changes in those systems may affect delivery.
  • The Service is not a substitute for human oversight of regulated or high-stakes communications.

8. Investor and securities notice (SAFE)

Where the Site or related materials reference a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity), the SAFE is future equity, not debt: it has no interest rate, maturity date, repayment obligation, or guaranteed return. Any offering will be conducted only under an exemption from securities registration (e.g., Regulation D, Rule 506(b)), only to verified accredited investors, and only under definitive counsel-approved documents. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities. Forward-looking statements are subject to risk and uncertainty.
