How we keep AI inside the lines
Real estate is a licensed, regulated, fair-housing business. This is the short version of the controls we run on every workflow — the same controls we would want if the license were ours.
Human approval, by design
- Listing facts, ads, claims, disclosures, and fair-housing language wait for your approval.
- Public posts, client messages, and appointments hold at the gate until you sign off.
- Licensed judgment, money movement, and access changes are never delegated.
A true picture (NAR Article 12)
Every real-estate-facing artifact passes a truthful-advertising review: no exaggerated claims, no misleading representations, accurate property information, and fair-housing language checked before send. AI drafts; a responsible human decides.
The rules we run by
- CAN-SPAM: accurate headers and subject lines, a valid postal address, one-click opt-out honored.
- Brokerage and MLS rules reviewed before a workflow goes live.
- No client name, logo, result, or testimonial published without written approval.
- Source and date retained for any performance claim we make.
- Automated calls or texts get separate review — they are not the default.
Your data stays yours
Access is scoped to the systems and workflows you approve. If you cancel, you keep your data, your accounts, and your workflow documentation — the operating knowledge is never held hostage.
