Do the agents replace my judgment? No. They prepare, coordinate, summarize, and surface next actions. Licensed judgment, public claims, client commitments, money movement, and sensitive sends remain with you.
About results
How fast will I see results? We record your baseline before configuration and review it with you at 30 and 60 days. We do not promise a number in advance, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
Is this a chatbot subscription? No. It is a managed service with an operating cadence: a team that owns follow-through, not a box of prompts.
About money and terms
What does it cost? Self-Serve runs $297/month with no setup fee. Guided tiers start at $500/month plus a one-time implementation. AI usage is separate through an included allowance, pass-through billing, or your own provider account. Final scope and terms are confirmed before launch.
What happens if I cancel? You keep your data and accounts. We provide workflow documentation and an orderly handoff so the operating knowledge is not stranded.
About your brokerage and data
Do you work with my brokerage? With it, never around it. We review brokerage and MLS rules before launch and do not market or operate in a way that conflicts with your agreements.
How is my data handled? Access is scoped to the systems and workflows you approve. Provider terms, data boundaries, retention, and bring-your-own-key options are documented before launch.
What do you need from me? Access to the approved tools you already use, a kickoff and boundary-setting session, and roughly an hour a week during launch. We handle configuration, monitoring, and the operating cadence.
