Your first 30 days, exactly as we run them

No transformation project. A controlled launch: the workflow closest to revenue first, proven handoffs, then expansion. This is the week-by-week version we put in writing.

Day 1 — map the mess

We inventory your lead sources, inboxes, calendar, CRM, and the work that keeps slipping. You get a one-page workflow map of what should be owned first.

Days 2–4 — set the boundaries

Together we define what the team may draft, what you approve, and what it never touches. That becomes your written approval boundary — the same one we use inside our own company.

By day 10 — first workflow live

Your first operating workflow goes live with human review, training, and a rollback plan. Baseline metrics are recorded before configuration, so day 30 means something.

By day 30 — controlled launch

The cadence is running: weekly brief, follow-up and nurture sequences, delivery coordination. We report outcomes against baseline and tune the next workflow with you.

What we need from you

  • Access to the tools you already use, scoped to the approved workflows.
  • A kickoff and a boundary-setting session.
  • Roughly an hour a week during launch.
